We loved the hotel's location! It's in a very quiet area, yet just a short walk from the train station and next to a lovely park. The hotel has great facilities, including a coffee machine in the room and a restaurant/bar on site. We found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful.
All was perfect.

We loved the Park location within a few minutes from the Lake. We also enjoyed the ambience n the room and the magnificent service. The restaurant staff was attentive and the black cod with lemon risotto spectacular. We would stay there again should we be traveling to Lucerne. Regards
The lack of pool or at least a Spa room.

This hip hotel, situated near a beautiful park and steps from the train station, offered unique and spacious rooms with eclectic movie-themed wallpaper and exclusive amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that our luxurious needs were met, including an excellent room service experience. Locals enjoy outdoor chess, and the area is buzzing with stylish boutiques, bars, and restaurants, providing a vibrant luxury experience.
The price of this hotel may be quite high. Our only minor issue was that our room was a bit dim.

Location was not bad and the interiors were nice
I don't think the hotel deserves the 5 starts rating simply because of the lack of the facilities usually available in 5 stars like pool and spa. The hotel was good but I don't think it was worth what we paid for it

Friendliness of staff. Many knew our name even just shortly after arriving. Room was immaculately maintained, twice a day, and staff were totally discreet - room was always made up when we were out. Were not disturbed once by any staff member requiring access to the room. Food at the Bam Bou restaurant was simply amazing!
Designer room seemed a bit spartan at first, but it grew on us and actually we really liked it after the first night, once we got the hang of light switches and blind controls etc. However, I would have really liked some drawer space for my clothes. Perhaps minimalism has been taken a little too far?

One of those hotels that changes the prespective of the city, that makes it cool to be in Luzern. Next to the hotel, just 1 min walk in the park next door, a nice outdoor cafe. Not just a room to sleep, but lot more.

Front desk staff is very friendly and prompt.
Room was very dark. The design by Jean Nouvel in 30 x 10 feet strip seems modern but you do not feel energetic or positive being in there.

The room was spacious and clean, with a unique design unlike any other hotel I've stayed in. The location was central to many shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made the check-in process a breeze.
The noise level in the room was quite high, making it difficult to sleep at night. The odd art on the ceiling and lack of curtains was a bit off-putting, and the breakfast options were lackluster.

Stayed here for Easter and it was amazing! The hotel staff were super friendly and welcoming. Loved the complementary chocolates and Easter eggs in our room. The location was perfect with easy access to all the nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious, with a great spread of options. The room was beautiful and spacious.
The only downside was the noise from nearby construction sites, but it didn't bother us too much. had a great stay and would definitely come back!

The Service was excellent and they have an absolutely fabulous restaurant Bam Bou that serves fusion Asian food which was superb.
The walls of the room I stayed in was painted black and this gave the room a very dark look though lighting was not bad it did make parts of the room very dark and hence could not see the aicon. controls.
